The practice and the local pharmacists offer a service to enable patients to collect their medication from the pharmacy of their choice, in Church Stretton, without having to collect the prescription from the practice first. If you wish to do this, please inform us and state which pharmacist you prefer to use.

If you have nominated a local pharmacist to collect your prescription from, all your prescriptions will be sent directly to the local pharmacists.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
