We are situated near the centre of the small market town of Church Stretton. The town is built in a valley between two lines of hills and is located about 15 miles south of Shrewsbury. It is a holiday centre especially for walkers and mountain bikers who enjoy the routes through the outstanding scenery around Church Stretton and the South Shropshire hills in general.

 

We currently care for over 7300 patients. The practice is committed to providing the highest possible up to date standard of medical and nursing care, in a professional and compassionate manner, whilst respecting patients confidentiality. We aim to offer an approachable and efficient service, putting the needs of our patients first.

 

The practice strives to improve its performance by supporting professional development and learning for its staff and students, along with encouraging communication and feedback via the Strettondale Patients' Participation Group.
