End of Life Care
For patients who are facing end of life, and hence often require more medical input, at Church Stretton Medical Practice we have a named liaison adminstrator with direct dial telephone number for patients and their carers to use. The administrator's role is to offer fast-track prompt access to the surgery for patients/staff for whatever they require without needing to go through the switchboard - be it a home visit, doctor's appointment, prescription or any other assistance which may be needed.
